Repeal Law 18/2013 on the cultural heritage of bullfighting

The regulation of bullfighting shows in Spain falls within the competence of the Autonomous Communities, but Law 18/2013 recognizes them as cultural heritage, restricting these and municipal powers. Although the law highlights the evolution of bullfighting, the decline in entertainment and its exception in animal protection legislation justify its repeal. This proposal seeks to eliminate Law 18/2013 and adjust cultural regulations accordingly
